2. Client duties

• Timely access, content and approvals.
• Lawful customer data with consent.

3. Fees & payment

Hourly or monthly-seat billing; invoices payable within agreed terms.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties protect confidential info; NDAs apply.

5. Liability

Capped to fees paid in prior 3 months; no indirect damages.
